Default Question!

I was sick all week and I barly if at all excerised while I was sick.
Now tell me how bad was it to do that?

If you are sick, your body needs rest. If you have a head cold and can still do light activity, then that's fine. If you have a fever, then exercise is out. Listen to what your body tells you. If you aren't well and you push yourself anyway, you'll just end up sick for longer.

Yep! Or you could end up hurting yourself!

take that time to rest and heal. Eating well is a big key when sick.

I agree. Listen to your body. Let your body fight off whatever you have and then resume your activities.
