Question How do you log the Bar Method?

I've started doing the Bar Method workout, which is ballet-based and involves minimal movement with deep-muscle contractions. I'm at a loss as to how to log this activity. There's no category for it, that I can tell. "Stretching, hatha yoga" is the closest I can get, but that can't be accurate. Any advice?

Thanks!

It depends on the intensity, how long the session is and if it includes stretching. The average person is supposed to burn at least 200-300 calories for a one hour class.

You might have to break it down on your activities. Maybe into ballet, stretching and aerobics (high intensity just for the amount of time you actually feel the burn)

I hope that helps!
