Tips?
So, as I said in my introduction I'm in a wheelchair, and I can't use my arms. I'm missing a hip socket and its winter so standing up for more than maybe a minute has become impossible. I need ideas though, I thought of these...but maybe you all have more thoughts?
-Trunk rotations -Sit ups -Leg lifts -Using my mini-stepper thing -'Dancing' in the chair Any other thoughts? :[ I really want to burn the weight. |
Sounds good. You might Google something like "desk workouts" or "seated workouts", "leg workouts", etc, there are a bunch of them online and most are fairly short. Every now and then I Google them just to burn a few calories. You might also get yourself a personal trainer or a physical therapist. I've been rehabbing a bum shoulder and my PT has me doing all sorts of things that aren't specifically "for the shoulder", but she's in great shape so I take her word as phys ed gospel.

A trainer/PT sounds good, and I'll also be looking into 'desk exercises'. :) Thanks for the tips!

It would be close to playing 1 hour of a team sport like basketball or soccer. Whereas you could simply cut one meal or large snack out of the equation and ditch the 500 calories. |
The exercise is need for man.If you do not exercise your body are not fit.If you want to make fit only few points are most important to getting spam all the body parts. You do not eat chicken and all the vegetarian food.
