I love excersising in the morning..its sets me up for the day
here is how I do it...
sort my work out clothes the night before and re arrange by living room before i go to bed so its all sorted out for the morning.
I get up at 5.30am and just get on with it
I get myself out of bed by putting my alarm on the other side of the room on top of my workout clothes and a picture of how I looked before the crash..I find this motivates me.
I think its the best time in the day to do it
