Silly Question!
Okay, I know you cannot "spot reduce", but I find that my butt keeps getting smaller and smaller, and I want it to be cute and round!!! LOL :)
So is there any certain exercise that you all would recommend that might umm...enhance my rear end? I know running is good for it, but let's face it kids, I am not a runner. Anything else? I'm desperate. My butt is getting flat and I'm sad about it. |
Running would actually make your butt smaller. Try some leg resistance training. Your muscles give your legs and gluts their shape.
I recommend squats, lunges, step ups, romanian deadlifts. Compare a gymnast physique to a marathon runners physique. Running will train your body for a runners physique, which is not the shapely figure it sounds like you are after. Good Luck! |
Oh! Okay, great! Thank you so much! I mean, I don't care if it gets smaller..I just want it to be lifted and to have a little "bubble" there, you know? I could stand to lose some inches all over, obviously. I just don't want my butt to go away!!
