Ok love the Wii! Great for anyone carrying alot of weight
For anyone carrying a lot of weight like myself the Wii Tennis or sports for that matter is fab.
So wonderful when you feel active and that 30 min of excercise becomes no time at all because you lose track of the time! :D |
But how do you record your wii activities in fitday?

I like the Wii as well. I use it for those days when I just don't want to work out at all. For the calories I just write down what the Wii says I burned (Wii Fit Plus keeps track of it for you) and try to find something similar on the activities list. I use calisthenics, yoga, aerobics, boxing, it just depends on what I did for a workout.
