Just finished my workout and I'm happy to say that I completed the segment this time, with a few movement modifications. Yippee! I'm using The Biggest Loser Workout DVD that I rented from the local library. When I tried the aerobic portion a few days ago, I only made it about 20 minutes. Today it was a bit easier and I didn't feel light-headed like I did the first time.
I use the word blast in place of: working out. When I go to the gym it really motivates me for some reason haha. Blasting my muscles, blasting my fat away, BLAST! Between my weight lifting buddy and I it started off as a joke but it turned into a motivational tool. Wanna BLAST?!?!
So today I BLASTED in the gym for 25 mins and did 20 mins HIIT on a stationary bike.
To me its enjoyable, calling it a workout just makes it seem like work, change the verbiage and you can change your mindset! GO BLAST and be healthy!

Just got back from a BLAST-did 30min stretching/calistenics
It was Leg day, so I worked my quads, calves & hams on the weight machines, 40mins.
Then I worked my core with some lumbar extensions and lumbar oblique extensions holding a 10lb plate and then some hanging leg lifts & chest dips- 20min.
Hit the tredmill for 40 min-5 min steep incline, then did ran for 3.15miles in 30min, and finished it off with 5 min of cool down. Most excellent run, could have keep going, but I'm gonna try a 5 mile run tomorrow morning along the river.
Hittin' the gym again early tomorrow before the run-it's chest & shoulder day-woohoo!
