Bumping this thread!
Did workout A of the 2k3 workout from TT, and Today I moved from the stationary bike to treadmill sprinting for my intervals. This is a pretty big jump in intensity but it was awesome and I think now I'll just reserve the bike for light non interval days. Last time the decline push-ups kicked my ass, but this time I did a lot better with them and by the end of this workout I could barely lift my water bottle haha.

July 6th 2010: 225 lbs, 24% body fat
Nov 30th 2010: 181 lbs, 12% body fat
Dec 28th 2010: 177 lbs, 11% bf
Total weight loss 48 lbs.
