Well what can I tell you! I am loving my bike, but goodness me - I find it so hard to stay motivated most days :(

I really do love biking, but I keep finding that im drowning myself in negative talk and talking myself out of biking my committed 8k daily!

grrrrr .....id lvoe a buddy! or somoene to just kick my butt and support my efforts ..

often times i feel like what im doing is never enough, but thats the wrong thinking! anyway, if anyone is out there, and would like to swap support im here :)
