Default I have found my new motivation...

When I feel like pigging out and not working out, I'm gonna watch "Losing It." Jeez.

Interesting to see how clutter and fat can go together. I certainly have plenty of both, and I'm thinking clutter-clearing is good exercise and might help dissolve some of the fat as well as disorganized thinking.

Hearing Jillian SCREAM HER HEAD OFF at people is disturbing and kinda scarry to think that is the only way to motivate stubborn people like me!

I wonder if she counts calories and makes sure to stick to a certain protein/carb/fat ratio on a daily basis, or if she just knows what she can and can't eat and roughly what proportions she's getting...
