Bea - I'm glad you're making use of this rotation I put up. I think you're the only one!! I also see the extra exercise showed on the scale this week for you! You are doing so well!

I'm pretty excited!! This makes 60.1 lbs since Jan 10!! just over 6 months, Not bad for an old gal

You have had a successful week too!! Well done!

Bea - You gave it your best.....you're not afraid of a challenge and that's probably one of the reasons you've been so successful!! I haven't done it yet, but I promise to give it a go after dinner. I'll let you know how I fair out!!! Old gal!! Pfffft!! You're lapping many a younger woman when doing these workouts!!! Leavin' 'em in your dust!
