Fasted Cardio Fat loss
Scanning through my copy of the body for life book. Mentioned fasted cardio. The book is all for it. I see varying opinions via yahoo fitness/bodybuilding.com forums and the google gives me conflicting info
I have been doing fasted cardio for oh 2 weeks or so consistently.
2.0 incline. 9.0 for 30 seconds, minute off, 9.1 for 30 etc, all the way to 9.8 and then cycle back down, about 25 minutes or so.
What are peoples experiences with fasted cardio.
No feeling of weakness or lightheadedness, I tolerate it just fine
