Chitown - Unfortuantely you'll find conflicting information for just about anything and everything. My personal opinion is just do what feels best to you. I personally feel good working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, but it's not for everyone.

1st Goal (to get out of an 'overweight' BMI)- 136 lbs.
Easter Challenge Goal - 129 lbs. (aiming to get back out of the 130's)
