Activities
I just started using FitDay and I don't think I am using the Activities button correctly. When I enter my time, I won't take "60:00" as a time and it won't take "1 hour" as a time. It tells me I have made an invalid entry. Also, under "Lifestyle", I am seated all day with some movement and it is telling me that I have burned 3,018 calories. That can't be right. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

The format for the activity tab is hour:minute, so if you wanted to enter an hour, your can enter 1:00.
As far as calories burned, we use a standard estimation of calories burned. This is just an estimation and everyone has different values. If you want to look at other ways of estimating calories burned, you can click on the "Customize" link next to your lifestyle calories burned in the activity tab and customize your metabolism.
Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for the help, Jim. It worked correctly when I entered 1:00. I am still having trouble with the Lifestyle hours. It won't let me change the number of hours from 23:00 to 8:00 so it is saying that I burn significantly more calories than I know I do. I tried to customize and entered 500 calories burned daily but it won't save that particular entry.

Lifestyle
I am also confused about "lifestyle". What is included in "Lifestyle"? For instance if I spend 2 hours walking around the kitchen cooking is that included or should I add that as a separate activity. I do now understand that when you add any activity the time of that activity is subtracted from the lifestyle hours. Thanks.
