HIGH INTENSITY, low-impact workout DVDs?

Hey! I'm studying abroad in Russia next summer (so excited!) and I'm not concerned about weight training as I can do that without a gym; but I'm concerned about cardio. There's no internet in the dorms at Moscow State University and the gyms are difficult to access. I also have achilles tendonitis that flares up in cold weather, which will make it difficult to run in Moscow. (even during the summer, I'm told) Here I like to cycle, but I probably won't have that option in Russia.

I'm pretty athletic so I'm often frustrated about how darn easy most low-impact workouts are. So can anybody suggest some low-impact, HIGH-INTENSITY cardio workout DVDs for me? :)

I think the person's name is Leslie Sansone. Her exercise approach is to walk in place. When you watch her DVD, you walk to music, along with her and her group. They do some other body movements that are optional, but the basic idea is just walk! What I like about her DVDs (or videos) is that there's a distance covered that is tracked so that you know you walked 'x' miles. That gives quite a feeling of accomplishment to a person who only walked in the privacy of their living room.

Always looking for more suggestions, of course... :)

These step workouts will KICK your butt and are lower intensity:

1. Cathe Friedrich's XTrain: All Out Low Impact HIIT
2. Cathe Friedrich's Low Max
3. Step moves, New Grooves

Of course, you'll need a step for all those listed above. If you can't get a Step in Russia, I suggest:

Kickbox Core Cross Train
Patrick Goudeau's Amazing Ball Choreography II (need a stability ball)
Amy Bento's Rumble

These are all primarily aerobics DVDs. You'll have a lot more options if you open yourself up to toning videos. Most of them are pretty aerobic. I get drenched every time I workout with Jillian Michaels.

The Sansone walking DVDs are easy.
