Forgot to weigh myself before the diet, so i weighed myself a week in (last thursday) and i was 218lbs. Curious, i weighed myself this morning (6 days since last weigh in) and i'm down 6lbs :) A pound a day! I'm happy with that.

My thoughts on diet
You are doing well, but you also take care of your self, if are able to do this then you can.. but if you are not then increase your meal or break fast.
As you told there no any difference before and after diet, no it's not like that you will get change after minimum 15 day not only in one week. |
