dukan day one--its worked before
 

and here we go----too much business eating, way too much business drinking and two weeks til a black strapless dress. Heading out to grocery for lean protein and enough fat free cottage cheese to cure world hunger. and so it begins....:cool:

I'm on day 7 ( last day of attack ) start cruise phase tomorrow. First 3 days are the hardest

How's the cottage cheese lasting??? :D Personally I love the stuff. It goes well with sweet fruits and savory veggies. Not sure that it will cure world hunger, however :p
