SOMAE HEALTH vs. Weight Watchers??

Hi all.

My doctor recommended Somae Health weight loss plan. Anybody done it?

It used to include HCG injections but they've discontinued those, thank goodness.

Is it a plan that works?

What about Weight Watchers?

I'm a newby, a cancer survivor, and I need to lose a lot (227 lbs. now -- goal is 145 lbs.)

Actually, my doctor recommended Somae Health and said it was a program that would take the weight off in good time if I was diligent.

He also said Weight Watchers would work but take longer.

My question is whether the costs of Somae Health program are worth it AND if it is a program that I will have to stay on indefinitely (which means the price would continue indefinitely too).

Any opinions on this?

Why not just log your food to see what you are eating, then decrease the amount you are eating...add in some walking or exercise and drink lots of water? No added costs or plans to follow?

Yeah, this keeping track will definitely help me keep it REAL.

Exercising on top of it should help, as you say.
