Vegetarian Diet is an ideal diet for losing the weight because it has very low amount of cholesterol & fat and rich amount of protein and vitamins. The more effective vegetables for losing the weight are broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, spinach, radish, and gourd.

I am 22 years old married man, I think I am a little bit overweight,
I want to loose that weight but I donít like to do exercise or any work out because I donít have that much time...

not only vegetables also fruits are very useful if you continue to do it . but the matter is it's hard to continue.......

Follow the food group recommendations for your age, sex, and activity level to get the right amount of food and the variety of foods needed for nutrient adequacy. Nutrients that vegetarians may need to focus on include protein, iron, calcium, zinc, and vitamin B12.
