Vegetarian Diet is an ideal diet for losing the weight because it has very low amount of cholesterol & fat and rich amount of protein and vitamins. The more effective vegetables for losing the weight are broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, spinach, radish, and gourd.

I am 22 years old married man, I think I am a little bit overweight,
I want to loose that weight but I donít like to do exercise or any work out because I donít have that much time...
