I have read different stories online & seen a few videos on youtube about it, and everyone had different reviews. I'm concidering this diet, I was just wondering if anyone else has tried it & what were your results?
I know a lot of people who swear by this diet. I've never been able to figure out if it's something inherent in cabbage that makes it work, or it's the hot water taken in, or a synergistic effect from many different parameters. But it really seems to work!

Think of food as fuel for the body instead of feeding emotions
I don't like cabbage so I make a chicken/veggie/barley soup and eat it twice a day with other regular food for nutrition and to keep filled up. I am losing a pound a week.
