Powdered Supplements?
Does anyone have any experience with powdered supplements you add to your water like hydroxycut or mega-t? I was hoping it might give me a little bigger bang for my buck if I was sticking to my calorie restriction from here, but not sure I am seeing any benefit....:rolleyes:

I'd read critical reviews of each product, not just advertising. I also read many body building forums for good information.

I suggest you look for reviews on thermogenics. Personally I take 200mg of caffeine and 25mg of ephedrine sulfate 3 times a day.
From what I have read, it is the best stack out there. |
