So weighed in last Tuesday at 136.6. Was pretty good on the calories last week (a little over on the weekend - but c'est la vie!) Only hit the gym twice - looks like we'll have to up the workouts for next week.
After one week: Still 136.6. Zero pounds lost! A little frustrating but at least I didn't gain - yay to stopping the gain.
Looking forward to tonight's episode! Hopefully it will give me some motivation for next week!
5'2", 33 year old female, 153 pounds. 1st goal= 135 by March 4th (leaving to be married in Mexico). 2nd & final goal= 125 by April 14th (by b-day). Ambitious yes, but I'm working out 6 days a week, and sticking to my calories... we can do this!
I would also like to join. Just started with a medically supervised clinic with a very sensible food plan - no liquids or starvation. Just started 1/25/10 and weighed in at 315 lbs and would like to lose 160 lbs based on 2 pounds a week. I am 5'4".
