There is no magic cure, if there was you would know about it along with the rest of the world.
Weight comes off at 2lb a week maximum. 1lb = 3,500 calories so you need a calorie deficit of 1,000 a day to lose that.
Men should limit to 1,800 and women 1,400 calories per day.
