Fast short term diets
Hey
Can anybody suggest a short term fast weight loss diet they have suceeded with? I'm aiming to lose a stone by the end of september and would like to shed as much of that early days so I can get back to training towards end of september. Thanks |
Be in a calorie deficit. There are no quick fixes. 2lb a week is all the fat you will lose, the rest will be water retention etc.,

Weight comes off at 2lb a week maximum. 1lb = 3,500 calories so you need a calorie deficit of 1,000 a day to lose that. Men should limit to 1,800 and women 1,400 calories per day. Everything else from here on in is gumph. |
