Anyone doing the TNT diet?
I just started yesterday at the recommendation from an online friend who has been doing it for three years.
It's quite a shift from what I'm used to... It's low carb/high fat and has a workout (weights) program built into it. I thought it'd be ridiculously high calorie eating fatty foods like butter and chicken wings, but I'm consuming about the same amount as I have been for the past three months on my own homemade "diet."
