Places to buy

Watch this to avoid overpaying.

Watch out for the scamming clinics that look all legit, give you a shot 1-3 times a week and up the calories of the VLCD. This will prolong the weightloss, which unnecessary, and keep you paying for the extended amount of time. You can do the protocol for $100 easily.

I'm on my first phase under a doctor's supervision. I give myself injections every morning. I've been sticking to chicken, fish, and shrimp. I will occasionally have ground beef. I initially messed up on my vegetables because I was using a food scale and eating 8 OZ, not paying attention to the fact that 1 cup of vegetables is different that 1 cup of fluid. Luckily vegetables don't have many calories. I alternate between cucumbers, cabbage and spinach. Now that I know that I don't have to eat 8 oz of onion and tomato, I will start eating so different vegetables as well!

My real problem is not be able to force myself to drink enough water. My doctor wants me to drink up to 1 gallon. I can't work if I'm running to the bathroom all the time!

Does anyone has recipes to share?

I love HCG! I am on my 3rd round and have lost 50 pounds so far since August 2009. I am doing the homepathic My Fat Cure spray. It is $77 plus shipping for a 40 day supply.

Also, there is a great site where everyone on it is doing hcg of some kind. There is lots of information and support there. It is at link removed Happily Thinner After - Happily Thinner After[/url]. I post in the Let's Chat thread a lot and I have a journal over there! There is also a BootCamp for all 3 phases where you can get one on one help with any issues that you are having. This is a paid service (I think it is $15 a month and cheaper if you pay for multiple months at a time). I am not in BootCamp currently but a lot of my friends are and swear by it! Hope to see you all there!

Hcg

I have done the HCG diet and now I am on maintenance. The maintenance portion will be a life long portion.. I recently lost another 8 lbs by keeping my carbs low and beginning a weight lifting routine. I've always hated the idea of weight lifting because of all the machines and look many body builder have but I started using "Shovel glove" exercise. I can do them at home with just sledgehammer. Check them out on link removed or on Youtube. I am wondering about how I will do once a actually achieve my goal weight. I am really close and hope I can maintain.

Homeopathic HCG WORKS GREAT!!!

I started on homeopathic hcg drops ($37 including s&h from changes for life dot com) on 8/22/09 weighing 206 after loading for 2 days. Today, I weigh 157.4. My last dose weight was 151, after 2 rounds, and an average loss of .5 per day. Hunger for the first few day, but drink lots of water and hot tea (Yogi Fasting) and you will be fine. I am having trouble with Phase 3 (stabalization) which is why I am here, tracking my food. Once I get stable, I will probably do another 21 day round to try to get to about 130 or so... I found out that I was not eating enough!!! Can you imagine, never in my life has that been my problem. I am 44, and have dieted since I was on Weight Watchers with my mom when I was 12!
HCG works and can change your life, it has changed mine!
Blessings to all,
Kathy :D

Hi I am thinking of getting some of the HCG, how much do you take per day and if I order it from Reliable Rx do they also sell the syringes? The clinics in our area are charging $600 - 750 to get started so I figure I should just do it on my own. Thanks!!

750 calories?

I am on the drops and have to be on 500 calories. I would recheck all the information you have and look at some other HCG websites.... Everything I have received and all the places I am part of say drops are 6 - 6times a day and a 500 calorie ..... as much water as possible and nothing after 6 pm....

I am starting a different protocol this weekend and using drops instead of shots. Much cheaper, and I have been told that they are just as effective. Plus it is 750 calories and a ton more food to chose from. Anyone else doing the stimulus drops?

At my clinic they claim they aren't making much profit so that is why I assume it is so cheap. I have a feeling they may raise the price after they get more clientele but for now it is pretty reasonable. It includes a 40 day round doing a daily shot. At first they gave you 40 syringes with a premixed vile but now they are just giving you 40 pre-loaded syringes. They write a prescription for a B12 shot and syringes.. My insurance covered most of that but you are required to pay for that yourself. Which if I recall it was around $30.00.
I am glad it is so cheap but you are pretty much on your own after you buy it at my clinic so the professionalism and nurturing attitude is lost with the cheap price.. No weigh-in's or common courtesy call backs or even convenient answering of any questions...lol but I'm ok with that.. So maybe some higher prices include a "program" which mine definitely does not..
It is near Branson,MO so if anyone is nearby.. I will give you any info I have.
