Default Velocity Diet - plateau buster for active folks

I've had great success with this cutting cycle, and had a few friends do it with great success. This is not some diet that anyone should jump into, it is designed for those who have already made great strides in either weight loss or fitness and want to make a 'final cut' before summer. This diet is for people who are willing to step it up, not people looking for a magic bullet. There is no such thing.

I'm ex-military and have put on a few pounds since getting out. I'm now back down to 210 from 230. I'm on pace to be around ~190 by June. The website is for weightlifters, and athletes, but the V-Diet forums are amazing examples of regular folks doing the cycle.

This is not an advertisement either. The information here is free. I get nothing for posting this.

Really? "1) Use the exact supplements outlined in the program" I disagree.
