I recently hit my 25 lb. goal on WW online program and am now ready to really up my health by leaning into a more vegan way of eating. In fact I heard about Fitday from a vegan podcast. I like tracking my food and activities. It really helped on WW and I like this website even more...and free!!!
Congrats on the 25lbs! My mom just recently lost that same amount doing WW. How long did it take you? I did WW for about 6weeks and lost 15lbs. Sad thing is, I didn't stick with it and gained most of it back. I've since joined fit day and have started exercising using the Wii Fit Plus and Wii Active Plus programs.
