Resistant Starch??
 
Hi Everyone!
I lost 70 plus pounds doing a combo of Atkins and Kimkins in 2007, and have managed to gain back 30 pounds in the last year. UG!
Just can't seem to eat as much meat anymore, and I get so depressed when I try.
Has anyone tried the Carb Lovers Diet....or Skinny Carbs?
It sounds interesting.
I have to get on track somehow!
