I am on day 7 of my spam. Thanks for all of the inspiration and motivation. I am setting a new goal each day and rewarding myself (not with food of course), but it is still tough to only be eating 500 calories a day. Any tips on making it through my 30 day plan?

This diet was on the Dr Oz show the other day. The injections work - the drops might not. Only because the injections are prescription and so a genuine drug/hormone The drops can be bought online and may be the real thing or fake.
