I'd love to know of what your plan consists. I also had RNY and did great for years. The last 6 months some weight caught up with me (showing me that I have gotten lazy!!!!!) I am watching carbs (avoiding as much as possible) and making sure my protein is not lower than 80 grams per day. PLUS I met with a trainer today to get me started on a strength training plan. Maintaining is the hard part, I think. Keep me posted!
