I don't know the answer to this. Maybe a dermatologist would. A lot depends on your age and how quickly you lost the weight. The amount of weight you lose is probably important, too (as a percentage of your body weight). I don't think there's a hard and fast answer.

yes supplements do help in losing weight and some are so effective that it helps in toning the skin too. My friend has been using a nut on her mom's suggestion and got it ordered from the original source. She has been using it from a very long time really got amazing result from it. She even got her whole body skin toned because of the nut. You should also use this, surely it will help you in losing your weight without ageing.

I have a dermatologist appointment in June. I will ask if there is any supplement or vitamin that will fix sagging skin or prevent sagging skin. I am going to bet that there is not. But I will ask.

I have asked questions about skin and supplements, etc., in the past and the dermatologist (a physician at one of the top hospitals in the U.S.) has said, 'Don't I wish!'

Lose weight slowly. The slower the weight loss the better your body will adjust to its new size. Not to mention the easier it will be to maintain. Vitamin E oils/creams are meant to be good I think.
