:oWhat I do is workout with richard simmons videos, and eat only 1500 calories a day, and then walk once a day for 35 to 45 minutes. Is this good for me or should I try something else.

I like some of the old Richard Simmons videos, he's weird but the workouts are high cardio and sort of fun. My mom has pretty much the whole set. I don't know about the 1,500 calories, it all depends on what those calories are made of. How does your pie chart look? Are you getting enough protein for your body to make muscle with? Are you getting in enough nutrition for good health?
