Exclamation HF/LC diet HELP

I am trying the high fat/low carb diet, to shed the 15 or so pounds that ive recently gained.
A website with a macro calculator said i need 793 calories/45g fat /53g protein /40g carbs.
do i really need high fat AND high protein?
Stayed within my levels yesterday (first day) and felt full all day.
I dont know much about this diet, but worried that high fat as well as high protein will counteract the low carbs.

Went I went low carb, I went with high fat and high protein. Most low fat items have extra sugar.

I lost 210 pounds on HIGH FAT, LOW CARB. It's essential that you NOT do low fat. If you do low carb, you need fuel. The only other two possible fuels are fat and protein. If you go low fat, you will burn protein. Meaning MUSCLE. I mentor others on LCHF and here's some info I hope you will read.

Which calculator are you using? 793 calories is a mistake, right? That is very few calories....
