Purple and green are 1 cup, red is 3/4 cup, yellow is 1/2 cup, blue is 1/3 cup and orange is 2 tablespoons. You should be able to track by entering the chosen food in the container and the portion size. For example, if you choose grapes for your purple, just enter it as 1 cup of grapes. Whole wheat pasta for a yellow, enter it as 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta....and so on.
