Just wondering if any of you have tried the 5:2 diet? Loads of info here.thefastdiet.co.uk
Basically the idea is that you stick to 500 calories two days of the week, and eat as normal the other five days.
I'm giving it a go, first fast day today. Would love to hear of anyone else's experiences and opinions - positive or negative!
