OK I need some people who are on this to assist me with what may very well be a stupid question, none the less I must ask it.
It says your allowed two cups of vegetables and 1 tsp of oil per day, my question is can we add things *Sauces* and make a stir fry out of the vegetables? Or do they have to be boiled, steamed and have no sauces? The kinds of sauces I was referring to are things like the stir fry sensations already ready you just have to add your vegetables? or what about a teaspoon of curry paste? what about chicken stock reduced salt? also I have my coffee with milk and sugar, now it says you can have up to two cups a day but what about the sugar and milk where is the information on that? I have half a teaspoon of what's called coffee sugar and I use trim milk, are any of those allowed? thanks in advance to your replies
