All the kinds of diets you mentioned has its own meaning.
I agree with the diets mentions above every diet having its own specialty.
-Drink water daily.
-Ban white bread and pasta.
-Drink coffee an hour before working out.
-Eat Salmon for Lunch.

Atkins Diet is Best
Atkins Diet is the prefect Diet plan to reduce Weight, because this contains low carbohydrates. Try to engage with this diet plan as long as you can. If you really want to lose body weight or want to stay fit.

the diets are vary by the individuals to individuals according to me there is no such diet that can loose weight in the above mention diets

GI diet is much like the Atkins... but it measures the Glycemic Index as to how fast your body will elevate your blood sugar level... it seems to be about Carbs and which carbs are best as far as keeping your Blood sugar down...
