Default All the kinds of diets you mentioned has its own meaning.

I agree with the diets mentions above every diet having its own specialty.
-Drink water daily.
-Ban white bread and pasta.
-Drink coffee an hour before working out.
-Eat Salmon for Lunch.

1. Atkins diet
It`s very good diet I read and heard, some friend use this diet and have good result but they mix with hcg drops

I agree too about SB diet, I have also lost 10 pound.
