Cambridge Diet
 

Hello Everyone!
My name is Kerry and have just joined this website
Just wondering is anyone following the Cambridge Diet?
If so - you have any tips and I'd like to hear your experience with the diet?
I've started the plan 2day!
So far so good - but isnt that always the case at first!!! :)
I have 20 lbs to lose so here's to some hard weeks to come but hopefully will be worth it! I'm going away with my Fiance in 4 weeks to celebrate my 24th birthday in Kenya so hoping to have made some good progress by then!!
