I am on the raw vegan diet. I've been on it before and the weight just falls off. The down side is it is hard to stick to. I grew up loving fruit and veg so I find this diet the most enjoyable. It is winter here in Australia so only eating salad stuff is a bit hard. It isn't as cold here as some places in the United States. I lived in NYC and spent winters in NC and a raw vegan diet was hard to stick to.
