I've got a busy day ahead, so I'm posting Monday's installment of my std. issue goals:
  • Calories Avg. < 1400 /day: 1080
  • Cholesterol < 200mg: 50
  • Vegetables > 3 / day: 3
  • Protein > 50 g / day: 38
  • Sugar < 50 g / day: 34
  • Workout > 150 min/wk: 60

So ... Do you feel "Pure and disposed to mount unto the stars." (?)
