- Cholesterol < 200mg: 109
- Vegetables > 3 / day:
- Protein > 50 g / day:
- Sugar < 50 g / day:
- Workout > 150 min/wk: 55
Last week I was way too high on the calories, too low on veggies. But I made the rest of the goals, including an extra 30 minutes of workout, which helped considerably.
I'd like to see Mike's one pound loss, and raise, I mean lower him one, but I'm not sure I can loose two. It might be worth a try...
