Default Atkins advice please

I began the Atkins diet a week and a half ago. In that time I lost 8 lbs but have gained 2 back. I do exercise 3 - 4 times a week and try to drink atleast 2 liters of water a day. Im just frustrated that I gained 2 lbs back and now i seem to have stopped losing. Any advice would be appreciated!
