Goals this week:

1. Maintain a rolling average between 1200 and 1400 calories: 1231, 1264, 1239
2. Walk 10k this week: M-2k. W-3k
3. Swim 1x
4. Weight training 1x: T
5. Increase Omega 3: M-Y, T-Y, W-Y

Tomorrow is insanely busy, but I am going for a swim if I can get up by 6 otherwise it will be a no exercise day.
