Default How do you talk to someone at fitday?

I signed up to work with a dietician, and paid for the service, but I Have not even heard from anyone since? I am unable to email them with the link at the bottom of the page, either. Now what? I also paid for Fitday Premium...and cannot change that either, so I am being charged. I need to know who to speak to and how. Thanks
