Good morning everyone! Am a new member from Boston with about 100 lbs to lose....it's going to be rough but I feel determined....have a great day. I did sign up for the dietician service as well for a few months, so hopefully that will help me focus a bit.... MJ

Hi Alston! Nice to meet you and good luck with your goals. There is a motivational thread that has weekly goals and discussion. It is pretty active. You might want try it out.

I found this site and just joined here now . I'm thinking on going on a gluten free diet, because my mom said, that she had read, that some dentist had found out, that if you get a lot of blisters in your mouth, which I do, you might have be allergic to gluten. But what can you actually eat? And what can you not eat? It seems like you can eat almost nothing, but can you give me a list of all the things i can/can't eat?
