Whoops, forgot to update my progress. Ok, here goes:

Goals for the Week:
  • Log everything, no exceptions (nibbles and "tastes" count!): yes
  • At least 2000ml water per day: 2000
  • Maintain a 7-day rolling average between 1200-1550 calories: 1319
  • Maintain a 7-day rolling average between 800-1300mg sodium: 903
  • Maintain a 7-day rolling average of at least 16g fiber: 23
  • Some sort of physical activity 4x during the week: M=Tai Chi/Yoga
  • Study every day: yes

  • BMI as of Mon, Apr 4, 2016: 26.86
  • Target BMI: under 25 (apx 12 to go)
  • Desired BMI range: 22-23 (apx 20-25 to go)
Net loss since highest = 79.5lb
