Default Monday report

GOALS
1. Stay within carb limit no
2. 4 servings of fruits and veggies yes
3. At least 6 glasses of water no
4. Exercise 30 min 4X no
5. Lose 1lb

Too much red yesterday! Still pretty cold here so I should do some indoor exercising. I'm going to go fill up my water bottle now so I can remember to drink up!
