Now, we're talkin'! Literally! Glad to see the activity -- I was beginning to worry that I had bad breath or something .

Good for you for getting gym and walking done already, Robin! Off to a great start!

As for me, still checking out yoga and tai chi options (studio vs home). I think I've settled on a yoga studio and a tai chi dvd series. I got a mat (yay), so now it's just a matter of actually *doing* something. And I still need to study today. Looks like I should stop typing and get moving.
