Good morning everyone! I bought the NutriBullet and I love it! A great way to get your fruit & veg in along with seeds. My plan is to substitute one meal a day for now with a NutriBlast
I just need to figure out how to 'count' it...
I find I'm craving carbs less and although the sugar is still a struggle, I'm doing not too bad with that either - less than previously anyway!
Now I just need to get some exercise in - it seems so hard to find time and I was making time before so need to get tough on myself
